Nail school taught me

I’m a third-generation nail tech — nails have been in my family my whole life. But what nail school never taught me was how to actually build a business. How to fill a book. How to raise prices without losing clients. How to stop starting over every single week.
I figured that part out the hard way. Then I went to work at Montage Hotels — one of the most luxury hospitality brands in the world — where I learned what premium service, client loyalty, and experience design actually look like at the highest level.
I brought those principles back to my nail business. And everything changed. Now I’m teaching nail techs exactly what I learned — because nobody should have to figure this out alone.
