2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting nailbusinessschool.com, joining our waitlist, purchasing any product, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

3. Products and Services

Nail Business School offers online educational products and services, including but not limited to:

• Monthly membership programs providing access to business education content, live sessions, and community
• Standalone digital courses and educational resources
• Free content including masterclasses, email series, and downloadable resources

All products and services are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business results, income outcomes, or client growth. Results will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.

4. Membership Terms

NBS memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

• Founding Member rate ($7/month): Available to the first 15 members during limited enrollment windows only. This rate is locked in for life as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. If you cancel your Founding Membership, you forfeit the founding rate permanently and would re-enroll at the then-current standard rate.
• Standard rate ($22/month): Available to all members enrolling at the standard rate. Subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with care and fairness.

• Memberships: If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial enrollment, contact us and we will review your request.
• Standalone courses: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days, we will issue a refund.
• We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind, lack of time to complete the content, or dissatisfaction with results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on nailbusinessschool.com and within NBS programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, curriculum, videos, audio, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Jenny A. Hansen LLC and is protected by copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, copy, resell, or share NBS content without prior written permission
• Membership access is for personal use only — you may not share your login credentials
• Screenshots or excerpts shared on social media must credit @JennyAHansen and Nail Business School

7. Disclaimer — Educational Content Only

All content provided by Nail Business School is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site or within our programs constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or professional business advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenny A. Hansen LLC and Nail Business School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. User Conduct

By using our website and participating in our programs, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute NBS content without permission
• Share your membership login with others
• Use our community spaces to spam, harass, or disrespect other members
• Post content that is discriminatory, unlawful, or offensive in our community
• Attempt to access parts of our site or systems you are not authorized to access

We reserve the right to revoke membership access without refund if these terms are violated.

10. Community Guidelines

NBS operates a private member community. By participating, you agree to treat all members with kindness and professionalism. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, discrimination, or hateful content. Violations may result in immediate removal from the community and cancellation of membership without refund.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
